This is my poster design for the Halloween Dance at Collins Living Learning Center. The theme this year is "Grim Fairy Tales" (note, one M not two). This was my entry in a poster contest that will be decided in the next week or so.
I'm excited that I came up with the theme this year. It should/could/hopefully will be awesome!
The design of this piece is awesome. I know if I saw this in my hallway I'd probably wall right into someone walking in the opposite direction. I love how Red has this " do you dare?" look on her face. That background texture is amazing :3
...hm, which reminds me...I should be buying Witches Ball tickets pretty soon...

If the stars are so far away and logic tells us we can never touch them...why do we stretch our fingers towards the sky?
Hey, thanks. This piece honestly had more rough drafts than I usually do for projects like this - different expressions, positions, props, other characters, other clothes, etc. etc. I think this one really grabs attention, though. Which, given a lot of the same-old same-old flyers that are all over the place, is really important.
